I need a MOD that will show Product Related Options, but that works with Options for Text Input and File Upload
.
For example a customer can select from Option 1 or 2.
- If they select Option 1, they get 3 more options: 1 is radio, 1 is checkbox and 1 is an option to upload a file.
- If they select Option 2, they get 3 more options: 1 is radio, 1 is checkbox and 1 is an option to enter a text message.

I can't find anything that will work like this. Only ones that work for Radio/Checklist/Select option types Does anyone know of something that might work?

Have you tried the Conditional Options - Options Dependent on Another Option? That one should be able to do what you require.
