Both 2.3.0.0 and 2.3.0.1 return a 2.3.0.2 download. These versions are still available on github but Opencart.com should fix the links here:

tbh, they should be removed completely.
both 2.3.0.0 and 2.3.0.1 were epic fails.
2.3.0.2 was quickly released to supercede them both.
Alas, not easy to delete them from GitHub as it would break the branch and far too many new commits have happened since those releases
