Affiliate payment request

Hi All ... I am new to open cart and this forum ... but I have been trying to figure out a way to allow affiliates to request their money. I created an affiliate account and it has money in it, but I do not see an option to request the money in it. Any idea how to do this in Opencart to make this an option in the affiliate extension?

I appreciate any feedback you can provide.
