I must be able to sell set quantities of a product. In my case, quantities of 100, 500, or 1000. Not every product in my store has this criteria, so the ability to sell set quantities (and the quantities themselves) must be something I can control on the administrative side.

Please let me know how much you would charge me to make my store do this. Thank you.

You could try setting options as qty blocks

Product 1: 5.00
Option1
-- (Qty): 1 - 0.00
-- (Qty): 50 - 45.00
-- (Qty): 100 - 80.00
-- (Qty): 500 - 230.00

This has been solved hondaman required the stock to subtract the correct number also
