product_form.tpl syntax error

I am using version 2.0.3.1 and I am editing the product_form.tpl file so that I can have the price under the general tab and some other items. When I open it in Dreamweaver I get this message "". The site works fine but I would like to know how to fix this error just for my own peace of mind. Any ideas?
