Empty address in Paypal, only in orders from Germany

Hi,

I have a running installation of OpenCart 2.2.0.0 and the PayPal Standard Payment method is behaving in a strange way. Paypal records say that all the orders placed from Germany have all address fields empty. I didn't experience this issue in orders from any other country. I double-checked some things:

· I contacted PayPal and they say it's an issue with the cart, not PayPal.
· I searched this forum looking for a solution.
· The country and the country code are set well.
· Regarding to GeoZones in my store, Germany is not different from France, in example, and French orders are well.
· I deleted the custom format for German addresses that is set by default, with no success.
· The only active currency is USD.
· Orders from different countries include non-english characters and are processed well by PayPal.

Any help?

This might be the issue related to your checkout page. Do you use a custom checkout?
