Images not showing after product import

I used the free import/export extension to export all products and then re-import them. It seems to have worked and I copied the image folder across to new server.

In the database the image paths are all like "catalog/dir/image.jpg". In the admin none of the images seem to be set when I view a product but the image is there in the database.

On the front end the image tags don't output a "href" value.

Is there something I need to refresh or a value I need to set in database to get the image working after import?

2. Check whether images are really existed or not in your image directory?

There was an issue with the paths in database using encoded character. I updated them and now it works.
