Which payment methods are available on your site?

Kindly confirm that they are enabled and correctly configured. Also ensure that your zone and country setting is not changed.

only payment method that's enabled is cash on delivery . its in south African time zone . it used to work fine . didn't make any changes and this happened . other thing that's was wired it lost my admin username and password as well and after that it look lie it stopped working . the customers used to check out fill in there details and i get a mail . there after i send them a invoice with banking details.

its very weird that this happened

If you need professional support, better post your problems in the commercial Forum Section, DEV's usually do not check for Job's in all the 'open' Forum sections so much.

But better don't expect someone to be able to check and fix your Shop without full Admin Access to your Site Server Shop Section. So, be careful, before allowing some 'unknown' Individual access to your Site. And change/delete given Access-Credentials again, after a
problem is fixed.

By Nature of Things, such will (usually) not come for free, just be aware of such, after all,
you probably run a Shop, planned to generate income, too !
