Hello!

During the checkout I have two paying methods (pay by card and C.O.D). I'd like to solve the following: if I choose "Pay by card", the shipping cost is calculated by weight. If I choose C.O.D, the shipping cost is calculated by weight + 1 USD.

Is there a solution or module for this in OC 2.0?

It sounds like what you actually want is just a payment-based fee added to the order. I have a Simple Payment Fee extension that can do that, or if you need more complex calculations, a Payment-Based Fee/Discount extension. Both could add a $1 USD fee to the order if the customer chooses COD.
