Removing Account altogether ie: guest checkout only

Hi,
As my shop if for mostly the elderly, I have been asked to remove the option to login and have an account ie: guest checkout only
Is this possible, and if so, what are the steps I need to take to remove this safely?

You will most likely need a developer to assist with this as it will involve quite a few steps
