Emails are not receiving, Contact Form not Working

dear sir my site was working fine getting emails but now some time email has stopped . User registration and order does not receiving emails. When we put details into contact form .it reload again not showing message thanks for your reply and our team will contact you soon. in SHort i am not receivng email which i was receiving. I have tried both smtp and mail function even gmail but failed. my Hosting company says that my email settings are correct. Can anyone tell me what is the reason why email has stopped i have attached mail function file also

If you haven't edited any core files and your settings are correct, your hosting company is the only one who can troubleshoot this for you.
