I saw tons of extensions which allows to add a custom text/unit of measurement near the price, and that's what I was looking for.

Unfortunately, Products of my website needs to change because they comes in different formats you can select with radio (For example, first option is for product per meter, second option is for product per piece)

I've spent an entire night looking for a module who can help me with this, but didn't find anything that suits the situation.

Well, you seem to have a Custom Request, therefore, better post this in the commercial Section. Nobody would be able to assist anyway, without anything usable, like an OC-Version or Theme mentioned. So, better spare another 10 Minutes tonight, to read the topic's, about, what it takes and requires, to enable others to assist, in the first place...
