Not able to install Export/Import Tool extension.

I tried to install the latest version of Export/Import Tool extension i OpenCart Version 2.3.0.2. After I click the upload button, I get a message saying,

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

I renamed the file to opencart-2-x-export-import-multilingual-3-x.ocmod.zip but no use.

Is that version of "import/export" the correct version for 2.3.0.2 ?

Hi, at the time of import products it shows this error:

Uploaded spreadsheet file has validation errors! See also 'System > Tools > Error Logs' for more details.
No server data has been changed.

product_ids are there already.

This is not an issue with the Export/Import tool, but with your OpenCart extension installer. You probably have a wrong or missing value in the OpenCart FTP Root setting at

System > Settings > edit Store > FTP
