Order Edit Form

Hi everyone,
I have a weird issue with one of our website and i cannot find what's happening and how to fix it,
On the edit functionality (order) when i go to the last steps and click on the continue button.
The Aupost shipping method dissapear and teh dropdown is empty, also the handling fees are not shown on the table.
Only the pickup from store the AUPost method is not shown and of course not selected :
The Handling Fees are not there :
And on the "view" order function it works like expected, everything is shown :
When i use the console between the step 4 and 5:
The handling fee object is not there and there is nothing relatedt o the shipping method ?
