1. unable to access the opencart admin section - the page just times out
2. getting the following errors on the landing page

Can anyone help me to fix these issues?
My new host doesn't support HTTPS as it is a free account and the website is pretty much inactive.

The free accounts are normally restricted in CPU and RAM usage, you can ignore the above messages.

Still, creating a commercial Software on a Free Host will sooner or later end up in Frustration anyway.
But you'll find out, I am sure of that.
