Automatic Feed XML

I bought an extension from opencart to automate product import via XML feeds = https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=21992

I am very new to this so, there was a link on opencart after i completed purchase that said help with installation. I paid 29 dollars to dropship warriors to install. It has been 3 days now and i have not heard anything from them. They are not reachable and there is only one email on their website. They are not coming back to me at all. I tried to follow their guide but i still cannot get it working. Firstly, if they are not prepared to install, then opencart should not have that link there. I doubt ill get a refund from them as they dont reply to emails at all.

Anyone that can assist me to install this extension via teamviewer or any other assistance.

But the Fellows seem to be active, and they have a Support Section as well, you may try this, instead of sending just an eMail! So, don't panic, it does not bring you anywhere...
