I assume, at best, by contacting your CUSTOM THEME Supplier, no-one else would be able to know.

One more Good Reason, to always check on a Seller,and it's reputation, before investing hard-earned money into
something. But possibly, they are just very busy, still, only one would be able, to assist, using the same Theme/Extension.
BUT, legally at least, you could not even share such paid Software with anyone else, like here at the Forum,
just to get it fixed. That's the problem, so, you just have to wait, until you hopefully receive a reply.
