I'm trying to find a way (maybe an extension) to be able to create food menu products in opencart (with dishes, beverages etc...).
Is there a way to do that correctly?

Has nothing really to do with an Extension, but you may find some answers on such here.
It's made by OPTIONS, on the Product Page, but you have to CREATE such Options, according your requirements,
exept, if you find a Theme, already containing such premade Option Values, then, you would only have to change
each Option Value Content and it's images in the ADMIN Section:

I understand it can be made by options, but it means that I must create as much options in the general as I should have choices in all my menus.
Moreover, if I handle it correctly, I have no choice to add an extra fee for some options (for example you want extra bacon in your sandwich).
I thought that there could be an extension to handle that. I must not be the first to have this need.

As always (!) OC 2.0 can be several versions and all of them have massive differences!
So without such an important info, it is hard to help exactly.
Therefore search by yourself.
What you want has something to do with options, correct.
But with the standard behaviour this will be a 'never ending' story.
