Clean Install without Loosing themes, Images and prices

Hi Guys,

I'd like to do a clean install of my client's shop.

I realise emails are not being sent right from the order, contact us, registration page, e.t.c. I think it has to do with some codes one of my colleagues touched and he's "Dead" at the moment so no one could really ascertain where and what happened.

Please, I'd like to do a clean install of the shop without loosing the Journal Installed themes and configuration. coupled with the prices, categories, modules and images.

I'd appreciate so much assistance with probable steps on how to do the install without loosing the sites.

You could identify changes that have been made to files by comparing the source files to the current files using Winmerge
