After uploading the theme getting the fatal error.

I am using Opencart 2.3.0.2 version.
After uploading the journal theme using cpanel i am getting the following error in my website admin panel and in frontend also:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in /home/kittosco/public_html/system/engine/front.php on line 45
Can anyone suggest me how to deal with this kind of error, I am searching but cannot find helpful solution
