How to fix Paypal unsupported Currencies in Opencart 2.3xx ?

Hello,
I have tried all the ways that on google to solve this issue. but non of them are working on Opencart 2.3xxx since those are pretty old I need a fix to this issue.
I am using LKR (Srilankan Rupees) as my Default currency but Paypal does not support for that so what I need is convert LKR to USD in the checkout page and pass it to Paypal.
Please reply if anyone found any solution to solve this problem in newest Opencart 2.3xxx version
