model total!' error loader.php line 169

The store has simply stooped working and will no longer load. I can still access all functions in the admin section. Some other editors have been working on other areas of the site but no one will admit to making any modifications to the cart section of the site. I trust my team and have no reason to doubt them
I am using v 2.3.0.2 and as I said it was stable up to yesterday afternoon when I last worked on product images. I have very few mods installed and as part of the troubleshooting I disabled the majority of them. import/export tool, dopro opencart default skin were disabled. VQMOD has been installed but I have not disabled it for trouble shooting.
The store can be found at https://agra-phx.com/secure/
here is the complete error text

The text in red concerns me a bit as it does not match the path listed in the previous lines of the error text.
With nobody having edited the text I have to consider the possibility of a hack attempt. I can reset the store to last week's backed up version but that store is v 1.5 and I would have to several modifications to get back to where I was yesterday.
