I'm working on an apparel store where the customer can pick a shirt, then pick colour, then pick an option to add a logo on the front and Name and Number on the back (both options add to price).
The customer would then (if they chose the Name and Number select option) a row of options would appear that would allow them to fill in Name (text box), Number (text Box) and Size (select). Then "Add to order" and a new row of inputs would appear for another players Name, Number, Size. "Add to order" would keep adding rows until they hit "add to cart" or "complete Order". This would some up the quantity plus add in the options selected.
I've mocked something up to help visualize...
If the above doesn't work, then I'd fall back to using a pop-up form that a customer could click "add names and numbers" and it would pop-up and input form that would allow them to input Name, Number and Size (Size would be reference back to order so we made sure to put names on correct shirts). Would be good if the pop-up also included the order # to cross reference also...of course this would then email the store owner. (Anyone know how to do this pop-up form idea?)
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'd appreciate it. Of course, willing to pay for extension(s) in yhe range of $50- $60

Thanks,
Jason
