How to import wordpress SQL or Excel file to Opencart

Dear All,
my old website is using wordpress, we export a SQL file, also we have a product list file (see attached).
Now I would like to import product files to Opencart, but didn't make it work.

no response when I upload SQL file and click "import" in Opencart.

Could anyone tell me:

(1) which file to be imported? SQL or Excel file?
(2) if Excel, do I have to modify the attached format?

did you check already on what's available for such Tasks in the extension Section ?
It could give you some ideas, at least, I assume !
