Hi. I made a delivery Flat Tax Rate with 10 RON cost and I asign to it a VAT tax rate of 20%. So, the delivery tax should be 12 RON in total.

In Shipping Method tab, the delivery price apear with VAT included, that's good.

The problem is that the VAT tax is not included in the final price.

As you can see in the photo, the delivery tax apear without VAT. It's ok.

But if you look at "TVA (20%)", there is ony 20 RON (VAT from Subtotal) but it's not included the 2 RON VAT from delivery tax.

What i want is the VAT from Flat Rate (in this case is 2 RON, 20% from 10 RON delivery tax) to be added to "TVA (20%)" row,

All Geo Zones and Tax Classes are set correctly.

How i can solve this?

RON is the Romanian currency. You can replace that with US Dollar, Euro, etc. It will work the same.

I think the order of your Order Total line items is wrong. Sub-Total must ALWAYS be first, and Total must ALWAYS be last, for OpenCart to function properly. Anything that comes before Sub-Total or after Total is likely to not get included in calculations for some line items (like Tax). Making the order like this should fix it:

Sub-Total
Shipping
Tax
Total
