I believe what you are looking for is the Age Verification extension. It is a simply yes/no popup.

I do not know for which country you want to use or check the age, but at the end (if in the EC) you need a legal conform solution (which none of the extensions in the store are).

Many of my customers are for example from Germany where these Laws are very strict.
Therefore I have made a module which checks the age based on ID-Cards and Passports - people too young will never have such.
This a Legal conform and accepted by the Authorities.

If thats the case no one would enter site, i mean come on!!

Well, finally it is your money (and your freedom).

Just imagine this: 14 year old boy buy alcohol (or cigarettes).
He gets drunken and will be collected on the street by the Police.
Asking him from where he has the alcohol, he tells them that he bought that in your store.

A few days later you will get yellow mail from the justice.
Telling you that you are guilty and have to pay a penalty.
This penalty could be up to several ten thousend Euro (per case).

How long do you think your store willl exist??
Or being a free man?

This is not more than 2,3 lines of php and/or javascript.
But no real check behind - every 10 year old child can click the buttons.

I have written you already that I have a fully working module with a real check based on ID-Cards or Passports.

Youth protection is generally in Europe a big issue and the webshops have to follow the guidelines very strictly!!
Otherwise - as already written - you will see sooner than later the laywer knocking on your door.

Guess you inform yourself - enough to read about the theme, just use your preferred search engine.
Just a tip for that: use FSK as a term.
