ISense Custom Pages Extension

I need something like this product. I'm using version 2.3. I've tried asking them whether or not it will work with the current version of Opencart but haven't been able to communicate with them either by email or telephone. Has anybody been successful using it with 2.3? How big a risk would I take buying it and trying it? Any other solutions? Thanks for any feedback.

Question: why are you using 2.3.x?
What is the benefit by using this version?

If you can answer these 2 small questions with very good reasons, you have to work without that extension.
Or with - and with all the problems you will have then.
