I'm using Opencart 1.2.8 it has been working fine until a couple of days ago. I'm getting a emails from paypal saying a purchased was made but I don't see the orders in Opencart Admin.

I saw some similar issues posted but for later versions of OpenCart unfortunately at this time I'm not able to upgrade, is there something I could check to fix the issue for now until I'm able to upgrade?

Out of interest, why are you not able to upgrade?

We tried upgrading to v1.4.8b but got some errors. I want to fix the issue with this version so my current customers can continue to make purchases. I usually have a separate testing server before I go live. i just don't want to keep loosing orders while do figure out my upgrade issue.

I contacted our hosting to see if they could do anything and here is their response:
You were having this issue because your script relies on register_long_arrays,
a feature of php which is in the process of being deprecated
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/ini.core.p ... ong-arrays). I have
fixed this for now by placing this line in your public_html/php.ini file:

register_long_arrays = On
but this did not fix the issue either. any other suggestions?
