custom Search bar took like ebay

Hi,
I using journal theme and I want to change to the search bar.
1. How do I move the search button to the right?
2. How do I make the search bar longer?
3. Is there anyway I can put the categories drop down menu to the right or left side.
I want the search bar to look like ebay search bar. please look at the attachment picture.
If anyone know please help me.
