these are 2 serious problems we have come acroos in 2.0.2.0
1. there is a serious problem with the checkout page when using a mobile phone.
when a user fills out the forms fields, a user will use the 'next' and 'go' buttons on the popup typewriter to complete the credit card fields. this means invariably the user clicks 'go' or enter button on the last filed which is the csv field and by doing this the order process but bypasses the 'confirm order' button which send the transaction to payment gateway (we are using eway).
this means the order goes thru and is in the undefined area and no payment but the user thinks its all okay.
2. the other issue on desktop & mobile is the 'confirm order' button didn't look as if the order was being submitted so a user would hit it more than once causing multiple orders and payments
I think you'll be best off testing this in v2.3.0.2 and then submit a request if it's still the same. I don't think they will go back and release a patch for 2.0.2
