anyone knows if there is an Dashboard APP for our stores, with warnings and special alerts to administrators?
Not an APP to sell your store, there are many of these, it is more a tool to alert us when it comes an order and other situations that may occur in our store.

You probably won't find one, because most users are able to receive emails (sent by OpenCart after each sale) on almost any Android-based mobile device. And in Android there are probably ways to also have them as email alerts, depending on the email app used.
Personally I hardly use any apps at all, because most websites already use mobile-friendly responsive web themes, including OpenCart, Google Chrome is just fine on Androids.
