Hello,
I am trying to do a bulk import and it is telling me I am missing ID's in the ProductOptions tab.
In the product Options tab I do have product ID's for products that require options. But it seems that it does not like the fact that not all my product_id's need options.
Now if I dare try to satisfy this by putting all product_id's in the products tab in the ProductOptions then it complains there are missing productids in the ProductOptionValues tab.. which I cannot put because they have no productoptions..
what gives here...
do all my products need product options?

Update
I limited it to only importing one product that has options... yet it wont even do that saying that there is missing product ids in AdditionalImages tab and productoptions... which is false.. there is only one product id and it exists in both sheets.

I had this with the latest version as well. Finally fixed it by using Excel instead of Libre Office which could format all cells properly to 'text'. My lesson: Libre suk$ - but at least it made me start writing a custom importer

Yes, this is a common issue, caused by those trailing blank rows, probably a bug in MSExcel. Easy enough to resolve by re-saving it with LibreOffice or OpenOffice. You can then test there are no trailing blank rows using e.g. the Ctrl-End key which should go the end of the last populated row.ldinardo wrote:I deleted all empty rows in all the sheets that followed the last row.
I suppose it was taking in those blank rows as data.
