Pickup from store not working for registered customers

Hi,

I've enables the "pickup from store" fhipping method on my 2.0.3.1 OC site. For guest customers, this works right. However, for a registered customer, not pickup from store delivery method is available.

I tried disable/enable again, or by deleting the "order", but nothing worked.

Any hint ?
