Hello,
when I try to upload a .zip extension I always have this error message : "Invalid File Type"

I have instead successfully installed a .xml type of extension.

What could be the problem?

Thanks in advance for any help

The installer expects either ocmod.xml or ocmod.zip
Maybe you need to extract the .zip first to see what's up.
If it contains: upload folder, install.xml you can rename the .zip to .ocmod.zip

If it's a vqmod you have to manually upload it to the respective folder on your server.
Isn't there a readme with instructions? Contact the developer for support if needed, that's what they're for ;D

Hello,

File Format is not compatible with extension installer.....

Change the File Name to [file name].ocmod.[file extension]. Then try to install if still get any issue then try to upload manually va FTP

Try to find the documentation if available in the extract files

Now you need to Extract the zip files.. and upload the files like: admin, catalog, etc in your root folder of your Directory where your opencart file uploaded..

if ocmod.xml file exist then login your admin dashboard, Under Extension > Extension Installer Upload ocmod.xml file...

After that Refresh Modification from Extension > Modification. Which is available in the top right side of the screen..

if still getting any issue feel free to contact us at support@webxitsolutions.com

Thank You
