Request MODS for registration form

The standard Registration form is not compliant to some EU law (in Italy for sure, but i think also in other EU countries).

To meet the law requirements the Registration form must have:
1. A "locked" text area with privacy terms with two radio button (accept or not accept) Acceptation is Mandatory for the registration.
2. A "locked" text area with Terms & Condition with two radio button (accept or not accept) Acceptation is Mandatory for the registration
3.A "locked" text area with Commercial Porpouse with two radio button (accept or not accept) Acceptation is NOT Mandatory for the registration and it enable/disable the newsletter
4. Remove the check box in the bottom of the page for privacy and cookies

we are looking for a developer who realize this VQMOD/OCMODE for Opencart 2.2.0
