GGW Flexi Rewards

Hello running opencart 2.2 and trying to to get the GGW Flexi Rewards working properly but not having any luck. And have sent heaps of email to support but no reply 
so if anyone can help that'll be great.
I am thinking maybe the mod isnt compatible with oc2.2 but it says it is :/.
Here are 2 screen shots with the issues i am having.
As you can see from this one. The notice on the top and the description text.
And this one the language parts seem broken?
