It's sure not OpenCart's Fault, if you bought the wrong theme. And OC is sure NO Exchange-Platform for bought and then returned Software either, there is too much cheating going on, all over the place. If you are active at the Web, you should know this!
And for the couple of Bucks Profit on such a Theme for them, please do not expect to be 'handled' like a 1'000 Dollar Customer. Especially, because they only loose money on you, by doing buerocratic work, because of your personal Mis-Doings. So please, just calm down, and get reasonable, if you have explained, in detail, and it is correct, what you wrote, then, I am sure, your Case will be handled in order.

no offense, just my personal View! ;)

First: bying a template can be done at several places.

So, post the link where you have bought it.
If the seller is NOT OpenCart, no OpenCart Support can help you because not responsible.

Second: at least it is in your responsibility to check prior the compatibility and/or correct theme.
Only you (or your client) will [or should] know which template shall be used.

Third: if the seller is NOT OpenCart (the Extensionspage) no one can argue that OpenCart Support is responsible - that is completely nonsens!

Yes! But not always, what I expected, but since I don't expect much from others anyway, very seldom, I get disappointed because of such. We all have our limits, and limitations, and complaining usually earn's little or no usable results. :D

I just assume, that OpenCart receives MASSES of Support Requests, on a daily scale, likely also from Peoples, expecting to have found the FREE HEAVEN on Earth, enabling them, to finally get rich quick, without requiring any technical or intellectual background, when it comes to Web-Programming or related things.

In addition, instead of writing something in the native language, and then get it translated by Google, many try to explain things, in english, so nobody understands, and this add's to communication Problems, if others first have to find out first, what the other Party possibly means.

Still, you did NOT buy a licensed new Car, you just got yourselfs a free piece of Software from OC, then, you semengly bought the 'WRONG' Version Theme, from someone else, since you did NOT bother about seemengly MINOR details, such as Versions. You where in a Hurry, like so many others too, instead of checking first, and making sure ! :-\

Therefore, better do not blame others, for anything, just accept the Fact, that YOU raised the problem, nobody else. Just keep cool, it's the only way go get somewhere... ;)

No offense, just information !
