Hi,

Was wondering if there was a process where after the goods were shipped, we would be able to send out an automated custom notification email?

You can, by adding a comment to the customer order and then update the order + the inform the customer box checked.

Oh ok, thanks. So we pretty much can't do this automated?

Also, if we want to use a different template for this, how do we go about it?
