Another Sales Tax Q

Is there a way to get the data to also display the order totals so I dont have to search through all the orders from that day and figure out which ones were charged sales tax? (see photo)

i think what you want is reports -> sales report

there are two columns, one with just the tax and the other with the total amount. from your question this seems to be what you want.
