Hello!
How can I remove Terms & Conditions from top menu, but not from footer... I'm using Opencart 1.5.3.1.
Please help!

This modification can be done into your catalog/view/theme/<your_theme>/template/common/header.tpl file. However, take note that the demonstrated screenshot is from a custom theme and that no URL has been posted along with your request to provide the right location in your custom theme to remove the terms and conditions link.
