Contact form next to categories

Greetings. Can you help me? I'm trying to add links next to the Categories bar on top, the links are "Contact Us", "About Us" and "Help". The "Contact Us" link can take people to the same "Contact Us" form that is in the footer, the "About Us" can be simple text (without the "There are no products to list in this category." message or the Continue button), the help link can be simple text too.
I'm wondering if it's possible?

Welcome, what version are you using and could you post screenshot of where you want the links exactly, this will help others to help you.
