Yesterday i purchased epdq payment module of qhopria and payment process done via skrill (without any hassle)
But that was set as fraud on opencart section and small message proof your id

I sent opencart to both mail addresses inbox photos(where i purchased and my account mail address) but supoort staff told me to share any payment bill info(electric, gas or water bill payments)

Today opencart directly refunded to back my account (have to wait over 3 week to show in my bank account)

I have 2 questions in my mind :

Is it mistake to be purchase direclty from opencart instead of qhopria own site?

Which type of security are you using there?

Because that card also used for facebook and google adwords without any hassle

I'm totally messed today with result on my hand and i can see many topics related that issue.

We buy extensions from OpenCart.com all the time and have never had any problems.

So yesterday purchase marked as fraud today it's approved after sending old receipts (funny)

I thing opencart.com firewall system should update for whole world regions bcoz i'm using this card for google adwords and facebook banners without any hassle.
And skrill approved it properly (without any hassle)
All i have to wait money return to my bank account.(first order)
There are few topics already exists about this problem so time is most important thing for developers.
So i got my extension today (after second purchase) topic can be closed with mark.

I think the problem is Skrill not OpenCart.
