Opencart 2.3.0.2 Confirm order not working

Hi,
When i want to check out and tap the button on step 6 it does nothing

I checked the site but there are no products so I cannot test the checkout?

When the products will be back to active, ensure to implement these fixes which were not considered from the v2.2.0.0 but does fix the problem:
