I installed a custom checkout and want to add comment box and terms and condition box to it .. I tried to contact developer but he didn't helped. Can you guys help me out which files to edit ? I have added screenshot of both the one i am having now and the i want.. This time i am having only confirm button .. i want to add comment box and T&C option to it.
