Coupon history not being recorded or saved

hi, I'm having an issue with a 2.0.1.0 installation of OpenCart where nothing is being recorded in coupon history. I've heard that altering the settings for the order statuses can correct this. If so, can anyone confirm that these should be the correct settings (as labelled in 'Settings > Option > Checkout')?
Order Status -> processing
Processing Order Status -> processing
Complete Order Status -> complete
