Despre ce era pe acel topic
Am simtit nevoia sa le sterg pentru ca erau niste jigniri foarte urate.
Nu prea inteleg de ce unii utilizatori ai forumului au aceasta ura catre noi, dezvoltatorii. Daca doriti sa-mi raspundeti, sa o faceti va rog prin pm.

At all times

• Choose an appropriate subject line. Try to summarise the problem briefly in the subject, and elaborate in the message itself. A title like "Have you seen this..." or "Help needed!!!!" will be deleted.
• Spend 10 minutes with the admin panel before posting common sense questions like "How do I see orders", or "How do I add products". If you go through each admin menu you will find all you need to know about the basic features.
• Search before posting. You may need to search multiple variation of the terms.
• Any posts deemed to be self promotion, advertising, or spam can and will be removed. NO SPAM - NO ADVERTISING eg. Posting and making excessive, inappropriate and unnecessary references to your products and websites is self promotion.
• Don't lump sum mods and inquiries in one post. People asking for help and at the same time attaching a contribution should be avoided. Contributions go in the contrib thread. Help goes in one of the support threads, based on the affected element (modules, templates, languages, general, etc).
• Bugs go into the bug area ONLY after you have searched the bug forum and found nothing similar.
• Hijacking threads because you feel the need to whine or complain about your personal opinions that have nothing to do with the main topic of the thread will be instantly deleted at will!

Signatures & Avatars

Faptul ca au fost sterse postarile este relativ ok pentru ca erau offtopic. Din pacate asta nu schimba cu nimic realitatea.
Pe mine m-au tocat marunt pe forumuri si facebook pentru cea mai mica greseala. Chiar si oameni care n-au cumparat de la mine niciodata produse ziceau ca si-au luat teapa. Te obisnuiesti dupa cativa ani si cu prostia si cu nesimtirea doar ca voi nu prea aveti "meciuri la activ".
Daca asa arata raspunsul unui "dezvoltator" catre un utilizator al forumului :

Daca tot nu ai idee despre ce e vorba, de ce nu incerci sa te documnetezi putin legat de CSS si Opencart.

Sau raspunsul altui "dezvoltator" care ma trimitea la cursuri, pai schimbati total denumirea din comunity forums in magazin online si afisati pretul pe ora/raspuns. Platim mai intai !
Asa e bine? Sau am insultat pe cineva?

Intrucat tensiunea s-a mai atenuat insa pluteste in aer si problema nu e rezolvata, incerc sa vin si eu cu cateva clarificari pe acest subiect.

Toti cei care raspundem la intrebari pe acest forum (inclusiv Florin) o facem benevol, nu primim nimic de la OpenCart, facem un fel de voluntariat sa ajutam comunitatea si intr-un fel sa promovam acest soft de e-commerce.

Acum acest voluntariat are niste limite, depinde de persoana, dar in cea mai mare parte depinde de dificultatea problemei. Se pot rezolva probleme mai simple cu timp redus de lucru, insa nu pot fi rezolvate benevol cerinte complexe cu durate mari de lucru pentru ca.. time is money.

Situatia este similara cu cazul in care avem o problema la masina si sunam un mecanic. Daca-i spui ca vrei sa schimbi o bujie poate iti spune cum sa faci cu jumate de gura, dar daca-i spui ca vrei sa schimbi un piston care bate atunci va rade de tine sau chiar te va injura. Pentru cei care nu stiu, schimbarea unui piston inseamna demontarea intregului motor, o operatiune complexa si indelungata pe care o pot face doar mecanicii cu experienta.

Avand in vedere cele de mai sus, pe viitor recomand celor care intreaba sa aiba in vedere ca s-ar putea ca rezolvarea problemei lor sa implice eventuale costuri iar celor care raspund sa precizeze fara ironie daca problema este complexa si necesita interventia unui dezvoltator, cu posibile costuri aferente.
