hi

I can insert images directly from "Image Manager",but if I click into a image folder,I cannot select a image by double click.

how to successfully insert images from a image folder in "Image Manager"

if click ,will go to see the image in original size,not insert the selected image into the product's description.

any suggestion?

Any screenshots or video captures you could provide? Do you have any extensions installed? When hitting F12 on your keyboard or on your laptop: Holding FN + F12 then try the image manager again, do you notice any error messages in the console tab of the developers tools on the bottom frame? If you try with another browser, do you have the same effects?

More information would be needed in order to assist you on the problem you are reporting.

If you click on the catalog, data or product folder, are you able to open the folder or you notice the same event as the bestproduct folder?

I had this problem. CHeck the file name of the photos, it can only be letters and numbers do not use symbols such as the & or *

I have check the file name,it is ok.

and even I have tried to click image folder"catelog" -cart.png , it still shows the same problem,
move to show the image in its real size,not being inserted as desired.

The beta v2.3 release of OC fixes this issue by replacing:

- system/library/image.php
- catalog/model/tool/image.php
- admin/model/tool/image.php

files.

I will try now,

it does not work,

I have downloaded the v2.3 and upload these three files to override that of v2.2.

but still the same.

Did you logged out from the admin, cleared cache from the system/storage/cache folder as well as the browser cache, returned to the page where you use image manager and tried again or just replaced the files?

yes ,I have clear them both.but still the same.
