Problems with email and editing orders

Hi. I've realised that one order was received but no emails were sent to the customer or the admin. Trying to dig in to the problem I've tried to "manually send an email" by editing the order and changing the status of it, this usually worked in other store that I Have. But this time, i got this error. Please any help will be deeply appreciated.

This error message is caused by a misconfigured parameter from your admin - > systems - > settings - > edit store - > mail tab. Ensure to properly configure those parameters. If you do not know the proper settings, I would suggest to contact your host to obtain the server and credentials information in order to properly send your emails from Opencart as well as any platforms web-based.
