Hi,
Using Safari on my macbook pro
When trying to install ANY extension from the extension installed I get the message below:
SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'
OK
<b>Warning</b>: mkdir(): No such file or directory in <b>/var/www/vhosts/pcroomnottstrade.co.uk/httpdocs/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-admin_controller_extension_installer.php</b> on line <b>82</b><b>Warning</b>: move_uploaded_file(/var/www/vhosts/pcroomnottstrade.co.uk/httpdocs/system/upload/temp-3MQPGBalHRNAhSbVKbBdmiHhKcIiS4Y2/install.xml): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in <b>/var/www/vhosts/pcroomnottstrade.co.uk/httpdocs/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-admin_controller_extension_installer.php</b> on line <b>93</b><b>Warning</b>: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpsAFdHU' to '/var/www/vhosts/pcroomnottstrade.co.uk/httpdocs/system/upload/temp-3MQPGBalHRNAhSbVKbBdmiHhKcIiS4Y2/install.xml' in <b>/var/www/vhosts/pcroomnottstrade.co.uk/httpdocs/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-admin_controller_extension_installer.php</b> on line <b>93</b>{"step":[],"overwrite":[],"error":"File could not be found!"}
It seems to me that it is saying that the folders it is looking for are not there so would this cause the problem?
Thans for your time.
In Opencart 2.1.0.x path has been changed from system/upload to system/storage/upload
Try to remove vqmod or use him latest version
(also check paths in your admin config)

Hi,
Thanks for the information, I have added upload folders and made sure vqmod is all OK, but still not change. The extension gets added to the modifications list, but it does not work. I suppose getting passed the error will make it work OK?
