FREE EXTENSION - Add Coupon Code & Gift Voucher to Checkout

Im looking for a free extension which adds the option for customers to use a Coupon Code or Gift Voucher during the checkout process.

I have not yet seen 3.0.3.1 version yet. As it is not released currently.
I think you meant 2.0.3.1, if yes then free module is available.

My mistake on the OC version. It is 2.0.3.1

One problem is that the opencart store where I need this extension for sells services which do not require shipping, so the extension does not appear. Is it possible to have the coupon extension show under Step 2 - Billing, Step 5 - Payments or Step 6 - Confirm Order?

3 times on same page is not good design.
We have added this at step 4 with shipping method.

but your point is correct. It shall be added with payment method.
